Watch how these people recover. Take note on their folding technique at the point of impact. While your at it, why don’t you take some notes on how to deliver as well!

Just thought I’d post this little clip of David Ledoux talking about weather or not America has hit a recession. Obviously brilliant, Dave has some great things to say about marketing and how it may actually be the first thing that a business will drop to save money. It also may be the worst thing that one could do to try to save money, rather it is probably a good time to ramp it up and save cost elsewhere.

This is a special and beautiful video on so many levels. My friend John Wagner filmed this in Arkansas… enjoy the two foot jump kick to the chest. I learned a lot from watching this, like what my face should look like when I kick someone in the chest with both of my feet.
Also I would like to add that the technique of the two foot jump kick in this video is impeccable and flawless.

Anyway! As you may know, I love sports. OK, not really… what I really love is people doing really fun things that may or may not hurt if not done correctly. I used to teach at a college that would do stuff like this. Heck, I own a business and wear a suit every day now and still do it!
Watch this while I think of cool content to put up on the blog.
I find it so interesting that the older I get the more I realize that I have so much further to go… It’s like this never ending quest for knowledge and personal growth never really gets any easier. It gets harder. Every day I find that I’m more and more blown away by the complexity and layers of the lives we weave all around us… it’s like a big worldwide TV show, like LOST or something how we all weave together.

Radiohead is one of my favorite bands of all time. They did something crazy. They went from writing pop hooks that EVERYONE flipped over to penning crazy stuff that very few could understand, let alone enjoy. True innovators and one of the greatest bands of all time, they wrote their last album and put it up online for anyone to pay whatever they wanted for it!! How awesome is THAT!You could pay as much or as little as you wanted… including zero! Great stuff! Most would download it for free, but many paid WELL over $20 for the album. Some paid hundreds… some paid thousands! Here is a sample of some of their new music while they rehearse. ENJOY! love that kind of balzy step-out-of line-kind of attitude.

Tonight is new years. Stop making new years resolutions. Stop making promised to break. Every day is a new day, you don’t have to wait until Dec 31st to make a change.
Let me make a suggestion. Why don’t we all just get up every day realizing that it’s a fresh new start… and try to love people a little more. I believe that if you learn to love and serve others that you will feel a little better about life, good things will begin to happen back, you will have more success and believe it or not, you will make more money.

What a four letter word that ons is!! It’s what holds us back and pushes us on and makes us weak in the knees. I read somewhere that if you are afraid of something that may be a really good indicator that you should try it. Funny eh?
Fear does different things to different people. The one thing that I have learned lately is that there are so many things in life that are relative. Fear is one of them. Did you know that you can control it? Oh ya, you can control fear. It’s a basic human emotion. So why in the world would you let it control you?? You see, fear is just an emotion. We control our thoughts, feelings, cattynes, integrity, the way we walk how we talk, how we think… and our fears.
I learned not too long ago that the world ends up more or less the way I perceive it. And so when I feel negative or afraid, I know that I can control the way I feel and thus most outcomes in life. Seriously. Just think about it for a while.
